Since the hole for the gooseneck ball is square that would mean you have an aftermarket gooseneck hitch installed. Since it is square you might be in luck though. Air bags (Air Lift) and upgraded jounce springs (SumoSprings) are both great options to reduce rear end sag and squat while towing or hauling. That said, if you started with air bags you would be let down with upgraded jounce springs because air bags are truly the best option since you can adjust the pressure for the perfect amount of support/comfort for any given load.
