Part # RP56009-53 is an outboard kit. This means the brackets install on the outside of the frame rails making the mounting locations easier to access. The Reese custom wedge # 30861 is flared out at one end so it should fit and lock out the pivot at the E16 hitch better than the rectangular Curt wedge # C16991. The Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-5955 is specifically designed to fit tonneau covers like the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-80232 with the accessory T-rail on the tonneau cover. We do have a Demco Hijacker that will mate with the OEM puck system on the 2020 Ram 2500. However, the part number you linked to, Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider, # DM8550022 is not the correct item. This is an under-bed mounted, rail-free design that allows for full access to truck bed when hitch is removed; same objective as using the OEM puck system in the newer model Ram Trucks. But this model of the Hijacker does not utilize the puck system.

I would choose the Rebel # SS64VR over the Solo # SSR-312-54 for your 2022 Ram 2500 for two reasons. The first is the capacity. Although there isn't much of a difference between the two, based on what you will be towing and hauling the additional support will be beneficial.
