If you look through the instructions for Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75950 for your 2015 Porsche Cayenne, which I have linked for you below, it states that fascia trimming is required on the VW Touareg (which also uses this hitch) but not on the Cayenne or the Audi Q7.

To add a 7-way to your 2013 Porsche Cayenne that will allow you to pull a larger trailer and use a brake controller I recommend the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit # ETBC7L. This is very similar to the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 with the difference being that you will not have to wire the lead from the brake controller to the brake output pin on the 7-way.

We get this question a lot so I know where you're coming from. But trailer wiring harness manufacturers design the powered converters such as # 119250KIT so that they draw 12-volt power directly from the vehicle battery for a very good reason. Doing so keeps the vehicle wiring fully isolated from the wiring of the trailer.

The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH37FR you were looking at is indeed confirmed to fit your 2019 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid.

I'm guessing that your 2008 Porsche Cayenne determines there is a trailer attached through the wiring which will be specific from Porsche. While the hitch # 13220 and ZCI Wiring Harness # 119250KIT is a really great combination for your application, the ZCI is designed to basically be invisible on your car. It draws power directly from your battery and then clips onto your OEM wiring so that it can detect when the power needs to be sent.

The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 itself will not trigger a warning of the CANbus system in your 2006 Porsche Cayenne. Since your trailer has LEDs it is possible that some type of error will come across because of the low power draw.
