The two vehicles you mentioned are different enough that they require totally different trailer hitches. So for your 2010 Nissan Xterra you'd need a hitch like the Curt Class III part # 13514 which is a custom fit. I attached an install video for this hitch on a similar 2010 Xterra as well.

You can absolutely still use the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TJRC01 with your lifted Nissan Xterra however you're going to need to use a spacer # A25723-90AH00 or 1" or # TA25722-90F00 for 1/2".

To find the right replacement keys you will need the number found on the face of your lock core. For example, if you have N2874 on your lock core the correct key would be the # THKEYN2874. I have attached a link to all of our available replacement keys from Thule below for your reference.

I hope I am fully understanding that you want to have both a 4-way and 7-way on the back of your 2007 Nissan Xterra. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56226 is the correct harness to give you a 7-way, but the Replacement Harness # 118263 is for the Tekonsha and will not fit with the Curt already connected.
