I reached out to my contact at Curt Technical and they said the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver 1-1/4" # C11189 does not have any listed exclusions based on the sport package. They said it will work just fine with your 2013 Mercedes-Benz E350 Wagon with sport package. There are 2 different hitches available for the 2001 Mercedes E-Class. Hitch # C11830 fits E320 station wagon models. And Curt hitch # C11744 is designed for sedan models. So you would just choose the hitch based on which version you have, station wagon or sedan.
