Like you have said, the RocketBox Pro 12 is not listed as a fit from Yakima so I cannot recommend using it on your 2006 Mazda 5.

The Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # Y96FR you were looking at does have a 66lb weight capacity and comes with a ramp but drops down to 40lbs per bike when used off-road. The padded clamps with ratcheting straps hold bikes securely by the frame or seat post. The cradles slide up and down and rotate to fit almost any bike. Both the Curt # C11127 and the Draw-Tite # 24874 are Class I hitches for your 2012 Mazda 5. They will allow you to mount a 4 bike carrier but the carrier will tell you that loading 2 bikes is the max capacity with a class I hitch.

I couldn't find what axle your 2017 KZ Sportsman 150bh has, but this is easy enough to figure out by taking a measurement of your trailer axles diameter. Since the Draw-Tite # 24874 has restrictive tab in it, it still may prevent you from using any type of adapter for 2" hitch accessories in a 1-1/4" hitch. Because of that reason I recommend going with the Curt Class I Hitch # C11127 since it does not have the restrictive weld stop that would keep you from freely using a 1-1/4" adapter for your 2" receiver accessories.

A hitch-mount bike carrier may have a different bike-carrying capacity depending on the rating of the hitch into which it is installed. I do have a basket recommendation that will work for you but the Curt roof mounted cargo basket # C18115 will not fit the Rola roof rack on your 2009 Mazda 5.
