Looks like the first generation of Kia Souls (2008-2014) can be flat towed with all four wheels on the ground if the vehicle has a manual transmission as well as the second generation (2013 through 2019). We have two hitch options for your 2020 Kia Soul. You can use the Curt # C67FR or the Draw-Tite # DT25GR hitches. They both have a no-drill installation with a 5/10 difficulty but the Draw-Tite requires fascia trimming. I like the Curt's glossier finish.
