Sounds like you are getting a lot of conflicting info on fitting a 4-bike hitch rack to your 2018 Kia Niro. Unfortunately, with your fenders and rear platform, I do not recommend the Saris SuperClamp HD 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches # SAR44VR because the wheel-mount ratcheting hooks will increase the risk of damage or cracking to your fenders during transport.
