Crossbar Spread is the distance from the center of one crossbar to the center of the next crossbar. This is a measurement that is typically necessary when determining which crossbar-mounted accessories you can use. I have attached a diagram that shows this measurement. After measuring then you can verify fitment of the SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box - Roof Mount - 18 cu ft - Black # SR7018, which fits crossbar spreads of 23-5/8", 25-7/8", 27-7/8", and 29-7/8". The weight capacity of the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Carrier, # CC-275, is 100lbs total. It applies to the bike rack and the bikes that you will be carrying. I typically recommend using a lightweight bike rack like the Kuat Beta, # B202-2, if you will be carrying heavier bikes like mountain bikes or cruiser style bikes. It would be difficult for the manufacturer to account for the weight of the bike rack because there are so many different sizes and styles of bike racks on the market.... view full answer...
Thanks for providing a picture and the head assembly is certainly bent as you referenced.
The Pro Series bolt-together round bar head # PS58442 you referenced will fit your shank, but probably wont fit your Husky spring bar system because they aren't interchangeable.
Since you are wanting a system with a 12,000 pound tow rating, I recommend going with an entirely new weight distribution setup. With that said, I recommend the Reese Steadi-Flex with sway control trunnion system # RP66560.... view full answer...
You will want to take a few measurements under your 2014 Sprinter to make sure you have the clearance to be able to mount the Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit w/ Spare Tire Carrier, part # LC125460. The # LC125460 overall measurements are 99-1/2 inches long x 19-1/8 inches wide x 8-1/4 inches tall. Each bin measures 27-7/8 inches long x 17 inches wide x 8 inches tall, and have... view full answer...
It sounds like you are looking for the proper amount of torque to apply to the wheel studs of the trailer you have when mounting the wheels.
If the studs you have are 1/2 inch in diameter you would need to apply 90-100 ft/lbs of torque, if they are 9/16 they would require 120-140 ft/lbs. view full answer...

The square part of the hitch ball is 4" long and 2-1/2" wide. The diameter of the locking pin hole is 11/16".
See the video and the picture I made at right which shows the exact dimensions you asked for as well as a video review of this hitch ball. view full answer...
Thanks for the great picture! Sorry to hear you're having problem with the 1,500 lbs CE Smith Roller Bunks Item # CE27710. It sounds like they are overload so let's get you upgraded to the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Standard Roller Bunks item # DL21755. These roller bunks are 5' Long but have a 3,000 lbs capacity per pair so you'll need 4 sets to make sure these are not overloaded as well. The zinc-plated steel rollers are constructed of 12-gauge, galvanized steel. view full answer...
The Jif Marine Dock Edging # JIF56VR has a 1-1/4" overhang for the top of the dock edging.
I recommend securing the edging every 12" both on the top and bottom edges with stainless steel screws. The screws should have a large flat head and preferably a torx bit head to reduce the chances of stripping when they need tightened or removed. view full answer...
This is a really good question. We've actually asked Lionshead this before and since the wheels have the steel inserts they torque value to use would be for a steel wheel. So for the part # LHJM513 you'd want to use 90-120 ft lbs. view full answer...

To add a front mounted hitch to your 2023 Ford F-250, I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 306-X7904. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Ford with included hardware. It does mount behind your front license plate.
This front mounted hitch has a 1,000 lbs capacity for mounting accessories and a 10,000 lbs gross trailer weight.
I have attached an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed. view full answer...
Your current Blue Ox TrackPro part # BLU36FR as it sits does not have the correct rating for the larger trailer you are going to but there is a pretty easy solution. You can just swap the spring bars out with the part # BLU52FR and you'd have a higher rated system that would work great. This will give you a tongue weight rating of between 800 and 1,000 lbs which would be perfect for your trailer. view full answer...
Yes, they do. The Blue Ox Sway Pro item # BLU54TR and item # BXW2003 are a couple of our most popular weight distribution systems that include the 2-1/2" shank.
If you already have a weight distribution system, or want to go with a different manufacturer, you can use the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank item # EQ90-02-4900. The bolt patterns are standard so this will work with nearly all systems on the market.
