Hey Ken. The AL-KO T44 axle is obsolete and no parts have been made for it since 2015. I do not have a replacement hub for you.
However, based on my research, the AL-KO T-44 axle spindle on your trailer uses the item # L68149 inner bearing and item # LM67048 outer bearing. I recommend verifying this on your trailer by simply pulling the hubs and checking for the numbers that should be stamped onto the bearings themselves.

Thanks for all the information! You are correct that is the lead leg because it is closest to the gear and the motor. However, in order to determine which replacement lead leg you need, you'll need to find the model of the landing gear on your trailer and measure it's outer tube length. This is something we have no way of knowing and I wouldn't want to assume anything.

There doesn't seem to be a reliable listing of the bearing and grease seal part numbers so you'll need to measure your spindle with a digital caliper # PTW80157 at points B, C, and D from the diagram below. Once we have the inner diameter for the bearings and seal and we know the wheel bolt pattern I can pick out a new hub. view full answer...

Hey Vivien, so we have slide out rollers that you could use to add rollers to your Keystone like with the part # 295-000180 but it's really going to come down to using your best judgment how many you'd want to add based on the length of the slide out.
