You could use this or the black version # LCV000334909-362243 if you have the space and would like the XL awning with the 9'8" projection. Due to odd spacing with AL-KO 4,400 pound axles, specifically how far out they mounted the brakes, there will not be any current drums available as replacements. With that being said, the best thing to do will be to replace the axle with something that is more common, like the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes # 8327820-EB.

We have a solution for you but because your axle is already over slung and you have taller hangers in place, we are limited in options. From the images you forwarded, you have a T44 axle. I recommend the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit for tandem axle, # RR23QX. Hitches for the back of trailers are not custom made to each trailer make and model, but are mostly universal fit. These hitches will bolt or weld on your your existing trailer frame, so you will first need to know what the width between your frame beams is, and what towing capacity your trailer manufacturer recommends. (Many are not rated for towing, even if they put a hitch back there, it is usually for hitch accessories - not towing.)

The correct Solera RV Slide-Out Awning for a 2017 Keystone Cougar 28RKS can be found by measuring the slide-outs from the outside of each flange. If the flange to flange measurement for the larger slide is 149-1/2" then you'll need part # LCV000163299 for white or part # LCV000165061 for black. The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 4.4K # K23-478-479 are sold as a pair (left and right brake assembly) for one axle.
