From what I'm seeing the 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Rubicon has the gutters so you'll be able to use the 59" Vortex Crossbars # RRVA150B-2 with either the 8-1/4" # RL210S2 or 11" # RL280S4-2 gutter mount legs. I've seen some videos of these having enough clearance for the Sky One Touch roof but Rhino-Rack still doesn't list these as a fit so won't cover any warranty of the roof rack if it becomes damaged as a result of using it with this system. I checked with Yakima and came up with a roof rack that fits your 2022 Jeep Rubicon 4xE with the Sky One Touch power top and will allow the soft top to open. You'd need the Yakima 1A Raingutter Towers # Y00101 with two of the crossbars # Y8810023. Your 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe will require the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1139. This is different than the Base Plate # BX1126 you have on your 2018. You will be able to remove the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524 and reinstall it on your 4xe. Hey Chad, so unfortunately there is not a way to use the EZ hook safety cables with a Direct-Connect base plate like the # RM-521453-5. The EZ hook safety cables are only compatible with the EZ Hook Safety Cable Anchors # RM-910653, and these anchors are only compatible with the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style base plate. You won't be able to transfer over the baseplate but you will be able to reuse the tow bar and a majority of the Demco Stay-In-Play # SM99251. You'll just need the reinstall kit # SM6270 and the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM23MR for your braking signal to be able to swap the system over to the Wrangler. That's a really valid concern about the install of the Draw Tite hitch # 65079 on your 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Rubicon. I personally am not a fan of snow plows that attach to front hitches as from experience here at etrailer they just aren't quite as secure. We had the front hitch of a Highlander get ripped off when demoing a plow here, but to be fair the parking lot here looks like a war zone.
