I went out to the warehouse and measured the holes of the Curt Tow Hook # C22411 you were looking at. It measures just under 1-1/2" (1.455" to be exact) which you can see in the diagram below.

I went out to our warehouse for you and measured the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65048. The actual cross tube is 28-1/4" long. The bolt holes are 31" apart on center and the outside to outside flange measurement is 33" long. I have attached a photo to assist.

In order to be able to tow your 1979 Jeep CJ-5, you will need to install base plates which the tow bar will attach to. We do not carry any specific base plates for your Jeep but we may have an option.
I recommend the Blue Ox Universal base plates, part # BX88230. These do not attach to the Jeep frame. They actually attach to the Jeep bumper. The Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency # BLU37TR is pretty much universal with the only limitations really just coming down to there being enough space to fit and properly mount against the seat to push on the brake pedal. You may have to play around with the feet on the main unit and move the seat forward but you shouldn't have an issue using the Patriot as your supplemental braking system. The red, brown, green, and yellow wires are 14 gauge, the blue wire is 12 gauge, and the black and white wires are 10 gauge.

Yes, if the bolt holes on your trailer measure 3" apart on center then the Titan Leverlock Brake Actuator part # T43397007K should work for you without having to drill any new holes. The bleeding process for the brakes is not hard but it will take a bit of time. The Powerbuilt Brake Bleeder part # ALL648591 is not required but will make life easier. I spoke with my contact at Demco regarding the Classic Base Plate Kit # DM9518112 that you referenced and he said that unfortunately these will not attach to the Roadmaster Stowmaster 5000 Tow Bar and there is not an adapter available that will allow you to do so.
