The Equa Flex Equalizers like the # LC314336 that you referenced actually come with Never Fail bushings installed in them already. Your best option would be to put the old bushings back into the equalizer as long as you didn't damage them.
Normally if there is an issue with the Never Fail bushings of the Equa Flex equalizers it's a warranty claim since they have a lifetime warranty. If yours are damaged I can check to see what Lippert recommends. view full answer...
