How to Determine What Replacement Axle Might Work
You would need to measure from the hub face to hub face and then from the spring mount centers to pick out the correct axle to fit your trailer. In order for the # 20440I-EZ-72 to work the distance between the spring seat centers would need to be 58 inches and from hub face to hub face would need to be 72 inches. If you need something different let me know but I do not have a way to look up the specs of your Jayco. This specific axle can only be used on up to 12 inch diameter wheels.

A 5.30-12 could be used as a spare for a 145R12 tire, but it is not recommend due to the 1/2" difference in tire height. While this is not a huge size difference, it will put extra weight on the shorter 145R12 tire and can cause issues with the suspension. The largest trailer tire for a 14 inch rim is the size 215/75-14 which is only .4 inches taller overall than the other size that this size wheel will have of 205/75-14 which is what you probably have so it would easily fit without issue. For that size we have the Kenda Karrier part # AM10229. it has a weight capacity of 1,870 max load at 50 psi, a speed rating of 81 mph and a 1-year warranty. This replacement brake actuator will fit in place of your Atwood 82543 and slide right into your trailer's coupler. The Titan also has a 3" bolt pattern, a 2" ball coupler, and manual lockout similar to your Atwood. This actuator has a slightly higher capacity of 7,500 lbs.
