There isn't a custom-fit trailer hitch option available for your 2019 Isuzu NPR so you'll need to measure the distance between the inside of the frame rails and also the drop needed from the frame down to clear the rear bumper. We offer a variety of drops to accomplish this that I've listed out below:

In my experience a truck like your 2018 Isuzu NPR will either have a lift gate or a receiver. This is because the lift gate has to go up and down on the frame and is typically folded where the receiver will sit. Depending on how everything is mounted and the length of your chassis you may be able to still use a receiver like the Curt # C59CR with an Extension # C45048. You would have to mount the receiver in front of the lift gate and then insert and remove the extension when needed. view full answer...
