Trailer wiring harness # 118551 will provide the basic light functions: left and right turn signals, brake lights, and running lights (tail lights). It will not provide reverse lights which are not common on trailers in the US. If your trailer does have reverse lights then it likely has something other than a 4-Way flat connector.
