Hidden Hitch is the brand name. It isn't a description of the hitch appearance once installed so it is sort of a misnomer. But it also depends on the vehicle because in some cases everything but the receiver could be hidden but so should all the hitches for the same vehicle.

I have attached a photo of the Voyager brake controller # 39510. In the photo there is also a harness that plugs into the Voyager harness. That is part # 20127. The # 20127 is hardwired into the vehicle wiring so you will need to look to see if the # 20127 is installed on your 2005 Grand Caravan. If not, then the Voyager connector may have been cut off and it was hardwired.
