There are a number of options for routing the hot lead to the battery when installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118767 in your 2015 Honda Fit, but since this harness mounts outside the vehicle the best option is to run it along the exterior of the frame and up through the engine compartment. You can use Wire Loom # 7509-1 and Cable Ties # DW05726-10 for this.
I have added a link to a help article on routing a hot lead to the engine which I strongly recommend checking out. view full answer...
The New Body style does not have a port under the dash for a brake controller. You have a bundle of 5 loose wires under the steering wheel, just off to the left. You will need to splice your brake controller into these wires. I would recommend the Tekonsha P-3 brake controller, part # 90195, for your vehicle. It is a proportional controller that can be easily moved from one vehicle to the next. It is designed for use with electric and/or electric over hydraulic trailer braking systems.... view full answer...
The fork blocks of the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro Cargo Basket # RRRMCB03 that you referenced are designed to fit 15 mm by 100 mm thru axles. Sounds like you have a smaller 9 mm thru axle which would require the adapter part # RRRBCA039. view full answer...
All of the Roadmaster All-Terrain bars that we carry, Blackhawk2, Falcon, Sterling and Stowmaster, are all compatible with EZ style brackets.
As long as your tow bar set up has the quick disconnects, like part # RM-201, then you can continue to use the Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard. view full answer...

I reached out to my contact at Valterra, and the Rope Light Trak Dual Utility Track for RV Awnings - 18' # A30-0600 along with the Valterra Mini Rope Light for RV Awning Utility Slot - LED # A30-0625VP should be removed after each use before rolling your awning back up. It is possible to roll it into the awning, but it will not give you a smooth roll and may cause damage to the awning or the track. view full answer...
The Curt trailer hitch, # 11064, does fit all models of the 2011 Honda Fit. You do not have to do anything with the exhaust on the vehicle for installation other than possibly lowering it to make installation easier. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to review. There is some drilling required for installation which you will see in the instructions.
If you plan on doing some towing, the hitch comes with the correct ball mount, hitch pin, and clip. For a 1-7/8... view full answer...
If you check out the install video I attached you will see our installers installing the Roadmaster Base Plate kit part # 521190-1 on a 2011 Honda Fit just like yours. I also attached a link to the install instructions from Roadmaster as well. A good portion of the front end components come off the vehicle like what you see in the attached picture.
In addition to the base plates, you will also need a compatible tow bar, safety cables, lighting, and supplemental braking to flat tow your... view full answer...
It sounds like your tow bar's vertical storage bracket (on the shank) may have a bit of extra powder coated finish that is making the first-time use of the Alpha # BX7380 a little bit tough. You should be fine to give the stud a gentle tap with a rubber or wood mallet to coax it into place in the slot. This should only be necessary once for the initial installation.
You can also try simply rotating the arm assembly back and forth (both left-to-right and vertically) to help loosen up the... view full answer...
Yes, you can install Hopkins 12-Volt Socket with Utility Light # HM55125 in place of your existing light. But the socket/light is only available with the wire. Even though would will not need the extra wire its always good to have extra wire laying around. You can never have too much wire!
The socket will still have to be grounded but you can use the ground wire that is already present. view full answer...
When installing the 4-Way Round connection of the Hopkins Endurance Flex-Coil Trailer Connector Adapter # HM47043 you want to make sure that the thick square part is facing the ground as you can see in the attached photo. I have also attached a photo of a typical 4-Way Round connection for both the trailer and vehicle that you can use as a reference.
Typically a spring-loaded lip on a cover will help keep the connector from accidentally falling out. I can guarantee this as I don't know... view full answer...

The Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater part # KH11419 is a confirmed fit for the 1.3 I4 engine in your 2007 Honda Fit. I recommend using a heater plug cover such as part # KH28405 to protect the plug on the power cord from corrosion while not in use.
Nearly all vehicle's on the road today run a 50/50 mix between water and antifreeze. The coolant in your vehicle is already mixed with the correct ratio of water and antifreeze. The above block heater is a frost plug style meaning it... view full answer...
The best place to mount the box/controller part of the InvisiBrake # RM-8700 on any vehicle is under the driver's seat if there is space. You can check if there is enough space for the box which is 8-3/4" long x 8-3/4" wide x 2-3/4" tall.
If there isn't enough space under a seat then use the dimensions given above to locate a spot that will work for you.
You might also consider the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 which operates the same way as the InvisiBrake but with a controller box... view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24920 which is a fit for your 2019 Honda Fit should not require you to drill or enlarge any holes in the frame per the owner's manual. I looked over the reviews for this hitch and there was one instance of a customer who had to shave the spacer block to fit it through the holes but nothing to the vehicle itself was altered. That said, it is not completely out of the ordinary to have to slightly enlarge a hole in the frame so this may... view full answer...
The Hopkins Tail Light Isolation Diode Kit, Part # 38955, prevents braking signals generated in your towed Honda Fit from feeding back into your RV lighting system when you are using a supplementary braking system such as the Ready Brake. Please refer to the linked installation video showing how the diode kit installs in a 2010 Honda Fit.
You indicate that your RV has a combined lighting system - brake and turn lights carried on the same wire. You may be able to use just this diode kit... view full answer...
