I spoke with my contact at Thule and the Easy Rider trunk mounted bike rack was discontinued back in 1995 so the replacement straps are no longer available but I do have a solution. You will just need to update your cradles by using the T3 Cradle Body, # 853-5829, and then use Rubber Strap, # 753-3535. These are sold individually so you would need 6 of each.

The Thule Trailway appears to be a re-branded Parkway that Thule sells to certain retailers. The Parkway does use the bolt # 853-5917 but there is not a nut that goes on the other side. The nut is welded inside of the bike rack shank which is why the threads are close to the bolt head and only go down the bolt part of the way.
