Since your 2021 Grand Design Solitude 380FL has tandem 7000lb axles you will need either the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs # SS26MV if your trailer has overslung leaf springs (leaf springs on top of the axles) or the # SS33HR if your trailer has underslung leaf springs (leaf springs underneath the axles).
For your trailer you will need two kits, one for each axle.
