What you're saying leads me to believe that the water line running to the toilet may branch off of the hot water line. This is not correct but sadly isn't uncommon. I discovered when remodeling one of the bathrooms in my own home that the builder had the water line for the toilet connected to the hot line instead of the cold.

The foot pad of the Replacement 22-1/2" Right Rear Leg for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System # LC428493 is welded to inner tube to jack to help shorter the total height for more clearance. The original model has the inner tube a bit longer to allow for room for a pin and clip. Unfortunately there currently isn't a shorter model with a pin & clip design.

For trailer wiring the white wire is almost always the ground wire circuit. Since trailer wiring gets redone periodically it's not uncommon for the colors of the wiring to get changed but in general white being ground is the most consistent. Then the brown would be most likely the running light circuit.
