If the fan you are mounting does not have a shroud, measure from the flange on your vehicle's water pump to the radiator. Subtract 3" from that measurement to get your spacer size. I wish we had a set of tire chains that fit both of the tire sizes you mentioned of 265/75-16 and 285/75-16 but none of the chain options we carry fit both sizes. Tire chain fits are really specific so it's hard to really ever be able to buy one set that's going to fit multiple vehicles.
You'd need a set like the part # TC2326 for the 265 size and the # TC2533 for the 285 size.

Sounds like the trailer wiring has some issues. Most likely a short or grounding problems. I know that's not very specific but your best option is to start at the trailer connectors and make sure they are clean and free of corrosion and then work your way back on the wiring of the trailer fixing any exposed wire as needed. Also make sure the grounds of the lights are solid as well.

The green light on the display of the Tekonsha Voyager part # 39510 indicates that a trailer is connected. If you are seeing this all the time on the controller that would indicate that you most likely have some corrosion on the pins of your trailer wiring connector which is tricking the controller into thinking a trailer is connected. This is a very common issue so I'd almost guarantee it's the issue.

In 1994 the Sierra was just a trim level of the C/K series GM trucks. It wasn't until 1999 that the Sierra started to take the place of the C or K designation and that transition was complete in 2000. The brake lines of your trailer should be fine for the installation of a disc brake setup. But surge actuator are designed for either a disc or drum setup. Since yours is setup for a drum brake setup you would also have to replace that with one rated for disc.

When installed on an unloaded vehicle (no load in bed) there will be an approximately 1/2 to 1 inch gap between the Timbren Aeon spring and the axle tube. Once the bed is loaded with cargo or a slide-in camper, this gap will be taken up and the spring would be in direct contact with the axle tube.
