As long as the batwing antenna on your RV has the standard male antenna jack (see photo) then yes the Jensen RV Stereo part # JWM70A will work. The jack port for the antenna is located on the side of the unit next to the RCA ports. If your batwing does not use the standard male antenna jack and you cannot convert it then it may be time to add a new modern antenna such as the Jensen Antenna part # 44US01R which has both top and side mounts. view full answer...
If you are not able to temporarily remove the antenna for storage another solution would be to create a protective barrier on your roof to keep your antenna from touching the cover. One makeshift example RV owners use is to create a pad to protect the antenna. For example, pool noodles gorilla taped into half circle shapes and then tied down to provide an umbrella-like covering for the antenna.

The Replacement Antenna for Rear View Safety Backup Cameras # RVS-WT03 and the Furrion # 772577 have different connections, so they are not compatible and you would not be able to use the RVS-WT03 for this application. The # RVS-WT03 has a male connector where the # 772577 uses a female connector.
For this reason, you would need to use the Furrion antenna to replace the antenna on a Furrion S camera like the # FCE48TASL-05, # FOS05TASF, or # FOS43TASF. view full answer...

I took a look at your iRV RV Stereo # 292-101809, and the reason you're getting static, is due to an issue with your antenna.
What you can do is visibly check your antenna to see if it's broken. or not fully extended. You'll also want to verify that your antenna is properly grounded at it's mounting location. All of these factors can attribute to your radio picking up static.
If your antenna still fails to function after the above troubleshooting, then your next course of action is to... view full answer...
Here is a list of the Jensen radio antennas we currently carry. You can compare these with the one on the roof of your 2016 Thor Challenger 37LX to determine if we have an exact replacement or if you will need to remove the antenna from your roof to install a new antenna. Most all radio antennas will use the same style connector going into the stereo if you replace the antenna cable as well.
