To lubricate the hitch ball for your Andersen Weight Distribution System I recommend using White Grease # 58117. This particular grease is designed specifically for this type of application and will do a great job of reducing friction and protecting the ball from wear.

Did the previous owner swap out the shackle straps so that one leaf spring has 4" long straps and the other leaf spring has 2-1/2" long straps or are the varying strap lengths on just one leaf spring? If they are both on one leaf spring then you can simply look at the leaf spring on the other side of your trailer to determine the correct length.

You can definitely upgrade to a larger tire size as long as you have at least 4" of clearance above your current tire. For a 10-ply tire you need a Load Range E rating which is only available on a larger size tire like ST225/75R15. In order to find a weight distribution hitch for your 2020 Forest River Wildwood you will need to know your tongue weight. Tongue weight is the most important factor when it comes to determining the correct system. Tongue weight is typically 10-15% of your trailer weight.

If only the axle is bent then you can go with just a new axle and reuse all of the other components like the hubs, bearings, brake assemblies, etc. To pick out the correct replacement axle you will need to get the hub face to hub face dimension of your axle as well as the spring seat center to spring seat center and the axle weight capacity.

I would absolutely install a storage cover on your 2018 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite 27RKSS while not in use. If you choose not to install a storage cover during harsh weather then you would be susceptible to leaks, deterioration of the roofing materials, and sun fading. If your Everchill Refrigerator # 324-000119 freezer section isn't staying cold and fluctuates in temperature then the only troubleshooting you'll be able to do is:
1. Check the power and ground at the unit. You should have the ground ran directly to the chassis of the trailer and should see 12 volts when checking the power with a multimeter # PT89ZR.
2. The drain line could be clogged or frozen over. You'll need to unplug the unit, open the doors, and let it thaw out.

If the lock core on your entry door is 7/8" long x 3/4" diameter then the Cam Lock Cylinder part # 295-000003 will work for you. They are mainly used to lock baggage doors on the exterior but so long as the lock core is the same size it will work on your entry door. I recommend to clean the inside of the Everchill Refrigerator for RVs part # 324-000119 with equal parts vinegar and soapy water.
