I have a solution for you, but we don't have a grease seal that has those exact measurements. With that said, the Grease Seal # 010-180-00 is a double lip seal (which are common on boat trailers) and has ID: 1.68" and OD: 2.33". It's possible if your seals blew out that they've just worn down a bit and would explain the difference in measurements. The Tie Down Engineering (TDE) 6600 was compatible with 3 inch channel tongues, as is the Demco # DM72VR. Functionally speaking, they'll both work exactly the same, and the bolt holes on both actuators are 3 inches apart on center so you'll be able to utilize the existing holes. The Demco calls for (2) 1/2 inch x 4-1/2 inch grade 5 bolts. The good news is that if you have a Global Link, Bauer, Lippert Components, Fastec (FIC), or TriMark standard entry door latch, which 9/10 times is going to be the case, you can fin the key number on a label or sticker on the back side of the RV door latch, as shown in the attached photo of the Global Link RV Entry Door Latch # 295-000019. Please note that on some latches, the sticker is on the inside, so it may be necessary to remove the four mounting screws to get access to it.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57230 are what is currently installed on the 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. I assume you are looking for a replacement pawl and if that is the case then I do have an option for you but there are not going to be any replacement parts for your winch due to its age. The only option you have would be replace the entire winch but I would need to know its capacity in order to offer a recommendation. The closest Kwikee single step mounting dimensions we have is the part # LC3711361 which has the mounting holes separated from left to right at 20-1/2 inches like you have and front to back 7-1/2 inches.
