The first thing you should do is use a circuit tester like the Hook Probe Circuit Tester # PTW2993 to test the power at the ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank or Step Heater Pad # 277-000164. Start with the switch turned on and see if you have power, if you have power then turn the switch off and see if you have power.
