The width of the mounting channel is 2-7/8 inches for the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT37GR. It's pretty unlikely this is going to fit, and for applications like yours, the best option is a universal hitch that you can weld on.
So long as your frame is no longer than 44 inches wide from outside to outside, a universal hitch will work, you just need to measure how far down you need the receiver to be from the bottom of the frame (the drop). Once you know that, you can... view full answer...
We can help you sort out trailer wheel bolt patterns and tire load ranges for your 26-foot travel trailer that weighs between 5200- and 6200-lbs. I linked our main page for trailer wheels and tires as well as a couple of related articles that you'll find helpful. The wheel/tire page has filters you can click on to sort the displayed products.
There are many trailer wheel bolt patterns (we offer wheels in more than 10-wheel bolt patterns!) but it is easy to confirm which you have. Just... view full answer...
I spoke with my contact at Curt and he informed me that the distance between the bolt holes centers on this Curt Class IV Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 14053, is 38-1/2 inches.
You would need to compare that distance to the your frame rails to see if the mounting holes of this hitch would be compatible with your frame. If your outside to outside measurement is 42 inches this SHOULD work well, but I would still recommend measuring. view full answer...
I spoke with my contact over at Fulton about the Fulton Boat Guide # FGB1500100. He said that the outer diameter of the PVC tubes is 2 inches. That means the CE Smith lights, # CE27656A, should fit just fine.
And thanks, etrailer thinks that you're the best, too! view full answer...

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75703 has a maximum tongue weight rating of 600lbs unless you are using a Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET or similar hitch. Then the maximum tongue weight allowed will become 1,000lbs with the weight distribution system being properly used.
I never recommend exceeding the manufacturer specifications of either the hitch or your 1998 Ford 3/4ton Van. Also be sure to inspect the hitch periodically for excessive rust. If... view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame # 41945 does have a lower tongue weight rating when used with a weight distribution system. You're correct that it's normally the other way around. I reached out to Draw-Tite for a specific reason but they couldn't provide me with one. The vague answer is basically that when tested there was something that made an impact to the hitch receiver's tongue weight capacity. view full answer...
I would be happy to help!
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41906 you were looking at measures 18-1/2" from the center of the rear mounting holes to the center of the hitch pin hole where the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 14055 measures 16-3/4" as you can see in the included diagrams.
Since you were needing the max distance for your 2007 Ford E-350 with the Service Bed you will want to go with the # 41906.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at. view full answer...

If you already have a hitch on your Class C Gulf Stream motorhome you would not have to use the bumper mounted hitch that comes with the Swagman Bike Rack part # S64663.
This rack has a distance of 8 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole to the wheel hoops. If you measure from the center of your hitch's pin hole out to the furthest point out at the rear of your motorhome and that measurement is less than 8 inches you would have the clearance to install this rack.

After doing some research, it looks like the maximum towing capacities of the Ford E-450 chassis will vary depending on how the vehicle is equipped. Another factor will be the Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR) due to the amount of weight of the RV body. The best way to determine any vehicle's towing capacity is to find the vehicle's GCWR which can be found in your owner's manual or on a specs tag in the drivers side door jamb.
For example, according to the owners manual, the 5.4L option... view full answer...
