I recommend an adjustable hitch option for the 2019 Jayco motor home like # 13703. The Curt hitch fits trailer frames between 22" and 72" wide so you would want to measure the width of your frame before purchasing. The Timbren # TBDR750 measures about 9-1/2 inches in height, from the bottom of the spring to the top of the mounting bracket, so that's not going to work for you.

You do not have to have an on-board compressor to use air springs such as # F2363. You can use a stand alone compressor like in a shop or gas station.
The use of the air springs will improve the ride quality by not allowing the suspension to bottom out. For a softer ride you would use less air. The differences in vehicles makes it difficult to quantify ride improvement. Also variations in the amount of air affect the ride quality so it is tough to say how much better the ride will be.

Instead though we have the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 which basically just plugs into an active 7-way and once synced to a smart phone is ready to tow. I did some digging and I cannot find any info on if there is a brake controller port under the dash of your truck. Doesn't mean there isn't one but I can't find any info on it or any other year F-650 as well. I'd be inclined to hardwire a controller or maybe check with a dealer although I know they aren't super reliable.

If you have the 7-pin heavy duty connector, you need to make sure the brake controller is on the center pin and not the 5 o'clock position like the 7-way RV standard.
