The Trailer Wiring Junction Box # 38656 referenced in your question features 3/16 inch outer diameter terminals that will work perfectly with ring terminals like # 44-5310A.
This junction box will provide a fast and easy way to connect the wires from your trailer connector to the wiring for your 6-Way or 7-Way connector. I have attached a short installation video on this product that you can also use for reference. view full answer...
The horizontal mounting plate that mounts to the frame of your vehicle on the # 41947 is 2-13/16" wide and the mounting plates themselves are 11-9/16" tall. The holes on the horizontal mounting plates are 3/4" and 1-1/4" in diameter.
Since the cross tube is 30-1/2" long, if the plates were flipped the total distance would be 33-5/16" from the edge of one plate to the edge of the other. view full answer...

I reached out to my contact at Draw-Tite who was able to give me the dimensions for the Trailer Hitch # 41945. He said that the # 41946 is for GM frames so it won't fit your Ford E-450 Chassis.
From the rearmost hole to the end of the receiver measures 8-5/8" and then from that same hole to the middle and forward-most holes measures 2-3/8" and 10-1/2" respectively. From side to side the back 2 holes measure 38-5/8" apart while the forward-most holes measure 38-7/16" apart. view full answer...
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the exact measurements for you. I contacted Timbren because we don't have the # TUMDF70 in our warehouse.
They did tell me the bolt holes will line up with the frame for their application. So you can compare them to the bolts on the front of your truck you should be able to verify the 3 inches.
The height of the spring itself is 5-1/8 inches so it'll definitely be taller that what you have. The bracket will add maybe another 1/4 inch or so. view full answer...
I just went out and re-measured the hook of the Rack'em Motorcycle Helmut Rack # RA-22.

Yes, longer ball mounts like the part # BM20 that you referenced are designed to do exactly what you described. They add length to the distance between the hitch and the trailer.
As long as you stay under the capacity of this ball mount you would be fine. This ball mount has a 10,000 lb capacity with a 1,000 lb tongue weight capacity. view full answer...
When there is a tire with low pressure or any other anomaly there will be an audible alert combined with flashing messages to let you know what the problem is. Whether it's high/low pressure, high temperature, or fast leak. It will then tell you which tire is the issue as well as it will be flashing on the display which shows each of the tires represented around the main display. view full answer...
The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR can carry 4 bikes weighing up to 35 lbs each for a total of 140 lbs. Please note that the weight rating does have to do with the cradles as well so I would avoid carrying any bikes over 35 lbs on this rack.

I spoke with my contact at Curt about trailer hitch # C15445. He said that from the rear most attachment points on the vehicle to the top of the cross tube is 5-1/2 inches.
If this is not a great enough distance to accommodate the step bumper and ramp then I recommend a heavy duty weld-on hitch # 41990-07 with 7 inch brackets or # 41990-16 with 16 inch brackets. Welding should be done by a qualified professional welder. view full answer...
The Curt # C14048 measures 16-1/16 inches from the back to the center of the 3 front holes. Those front holes are all 1-1/2 inches on center so you technically could use the 14.565 inch measurement. There is not one that is closer to 15 inches in mounting hole dimensions.
The Curt # C15410 measures 13-1/2 inches from front to back on center if you need a smaller distance which makes the overall distance of the mount right around 15 inches. view full answer...
