We do have some trailer hitch options for a 1993 Ford F-250 with a 10 inch deep drop bumper. Your best option is Curt hitch # C15511 which measures 8 inches from where it mounts to the frame to the top of the receiver opening. Nothing else drops lower than that. This is a Class V hitch.

The Yakima ShowDown Kayak or SUP Carrier # Y04081 requires at least 3-1/2 inches of crossbar overhang beyond the feet/towers for proper operation. If the existing 58 inch bars on your F-250 overhang by just 1/16 of an inch then you will need bars that are longer by at least 7 inches.

In order to determine that you'd also need to factor in the width of the nose of your trailer. If it happens to be a trailer with a lot of taper to the nose then you might be able to get away with a fixed hitch instead of a slider but most likely you would need a slider hitch like the Curt A20 slider part # C16541.

There are no brake drums or even disc brakes that will fit a spindle that uses L44643 inner and outer bearings. You would need to replace the axle if you wanted to add brakes.
