With your 1995 Ford F-350 having the body lift I recommend using the Universal B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1500 which you will be able to have custom fabricated for your frame and set to your bed height. The Custom Fit # BWGNRK1110 sitting 1" below the bed is not ideal. While the High-Rise Ball # BWGNXA2050 will position the ball where it would need to sit the safety chain hooks are not long enough to reach through the raised bed height. Though we do have an option for you, the wiring harness you mentioned will not work for your 1996 Ford F-250, even with the 7-way you have already on your truck. While I know it isn't the plug-in type of harness you were looking for, the only option that is available for your truck to add a 5th wheel/gooseneck in-bed wiring harness is the 7-Way Pre-Wired Car Connector # 20023.
This is a hard-wire connection but it does come with the splices and butt connectors needed for installation,... view full answer...

Yes, the cargo stabilizer # HE4016-4017 that you referenced will work with a bed liner like what you have in your 1996 Ford F250. You will be able to adjust the tension of this stabilizer tight enough to the sides of your truck bed. The rubber feet of the unit will provide excellent grip.
I attached a review video for this product for you to check out as well. view full answer...
A 5th wheel trailer hitch is not vehicle specific but the mounting brackets beneath the truck bed can be. For a 1993 Ford F-250 the correct kit is # RP30035. This same installation kit does fit the 1999 Ford F-250 short or long bed. I have included links to the installation instructions and a video showing a typical installation for you.
You will not want to reuse the hardware since it is meant for one time use. For a replacement hardware kit use # 58164. view full answer...

In order to determine what size drop you need will you to measure two things, the height of the coupler on the trailer and the height of the hitch.
To measure the coupler height, you will measure from the ground to the bottom edge of the coupler. Do this on level ground with the trailer level. On the truck, you will measure from the ground to the top of the receiver opening, again with truck level on level ground.
If the truck is taller, then you will need a drop equal to the difference.... view full answer...
You do not need to drill out the mounting holes on your Holland pintle Hook.
My contact at Reese advises that the bolt holes on the Titan Forged Pintle Hook Mounting Plate, part # RP45294, are intentionally over-sized for convenience but are intended for 1/2-inch hardware, not 5/8-inch.
1/2-inch grade 8 hardware is specified by the manufacturer for attaching the pintle hook and mount. view full answer...

Since you are removing the overload springs on your 1996 Ford F-250 or F-350, what you will want to do is use the B&W Turnoverball gooseneck for trucks without overload springs, which is the following part number:

We haven't had the opportunity to obtain video footage of the # 31310 front mounted hitch install, but given the to-scale diagram I've provided from the installation instructions, once the hitch is installed the top of the receiver tube will sit about one inch below the underside of the bumper. This would put the underside of the receiver about 4 inches below the underside of the bumper. So, to see how much ground clearance you'll have just measure the distance from the underside of the... view full answer...

According to my research, the 1996 F250 7.3l engine should have a E40D transmission. There are two different ways of confirming this.
First, you can check the sticker on the driver's side door jamb. You will see the letters TR or TRANS, followed by a letter. If the letter is E, you have the E40D transmission. Secondly, you can check the number of bolts holding the transmission pan on. If there's 20 bolts, it's a E40D.
The Derale # D14208 is indeed compatible with the E40D transmission. view full answer...
We have not heard of anyone having trouble with the spare tire when using Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 37130 on a Ford truck like your 1996 F-350. That would indicate that provided the spare is a stock size and not an over-sized spare there won't be any issues.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball,... view full answer...
