The Electric Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA should be what you're needing. Even though these are only rated for up to a 7K axle they should be sufficient for your trailer. All you need to do is verify that the inside diameter of your hub and drum assembly is 12" and that your brakes use the 5-bolt mounting pattern on the back plate. The best way to look at this is by comparing Lumen output. Your 55 watt halogen flood light has about 1,000 lumens. The 55 watts 12 volts is pulling 4.583 amps for each light. The Great White LED Work Light # PE42CR will give you 2,000 lumens (twice the light) and only use 2.89 amps of 12V power. It has a Flood light beam so light will be spread across a larger area than that of a spot beam.
