So I know you don't want to, but the only option for a hitch extension for your 2-1/2 inch hitch does reduce the receiver to 2 inches. I hope you're not mad at me, but there unfortunately is no 2-1/2 inch hitch extender that also has a 2-1/2 inch receiver. So if you do change your mind, what you can do is use the extender and a new 2 inch hitch shank:

Hey Kevin, so here's a fun fact...when you are driving on the highway the pressure will increase one PSI every five minutes in the first 20 minutes of driving. So what that means is you'd see about 115 psi if the tires were inflated to 110. So I would probably set the max of your sensor setup to 120ish and the minimum to maybe like 90 or so? The only solution I have is to replace it with a axle-less option like the Timbren 2,200 lbs item # ASR1THDS01 or the 3,500 lbs item # TASR35HDS04. And while there is an Adapter # HTAD which will change it over to a 2" receiver opening this does reduce the tongue weight capacity of the receiver by 50% which would only end up as 100lbs for the Curt # C55HR.

I'm not seeing a shackle strap with those dimensions. Your dimensions do sound suspiciously close to the Shackle Strap # TRSL275, which has 2-3/4" distance from center of the two holes, is 4" long overall, and has a 9/16" bolt hole. We do not carry a grease seal that has that ID and OD combination. In fact, I wasn't able to find a grease seal anywhere that had an OD of 2.25". The Grease Seal # 168233 is close with an ID of 1.688" which would work and an OD of 2.332". Based on your 1.6875" measurement it sounds like you used a digital caliper to get it as accurate as possible but you may want to double check your outer diameter to be sure. The closest thing we have to an 18" long fender is the Single Axle Trailer Fender # HP39VR which is 19-1/2" long. The full dimensions are 19-1/2" long x 5-1/2" wide x 5-1/4" tall so it falls a little short on the width. If you're ok with a plastic fender you could also use the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008550. This is 7" wide x 20-1/4" long x 6-1/4" tall.
