The mounting bracket measures 4-1/4 inches from the back of the plate to the back of the upright on the rack. Make sure this is enough distance to clear the spare tire. You would measure from the flat sheet metal where the spare tire studs are attached and measure out through the center hole of the wheel until you clear the tire.

From what I was able to find, the RoadTrek has a what looks like a factory Dodge radio that does not conform to any standard single or double DIN sizing, so whatever you would use you would likely need to fabricate or purchase some sort of mounting bracket.

The Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount Item # TH92BJ has approximately 6" of clearance between the hitch pin hole and inner bike. Instead, for a similar jounce-style spring what you will need is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDVR350R.

The RAS Kit # RAS4611-DV can work in conjunction with the Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-107.
They have similar purposes but I think you'll gain a little bit from the RAS kit over the anti-sway bar. The RAS will strengthen the leaf springs and help with overall suspension. This will in turn help with sway like the anti-sway bar will. In addition, the RAS will reduce body roll while cornering which is often a major concern with a heavily loaded van.

According to my contact at Draw-Tite, as long as the bumper you describe is an OEM bumper that is not a step bumper, the # 75140 hitch would be a fit.
As we have not had the opportunity to install this hitch on a 1987 Dodge Van, I cannot say with certainty how much clearance you will have behind the bumper.
