Not without some more wires connected to that 7-way. It sounds like it's just wired up for the lighting functions. You'll need to add a ground, power wire, and an optional accessory wire. You can skip connecting a brake controller wire if you're using a wireless controller like the Curt Echo item # C51180.
You can use the 12 Gauge Black Primary Wire item # 12-1-1 to wire in the remaining functions. You'll also need a couple of the Ring Terminal item # DW05705-1.

Hello Paul. The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-329-47 will definitely help to smooth out the ride on your 2005 Freightliner Sprinter 2500. These will likely remain in contact with the axle at all times since your camper does have extra weight added to the rear, not to mention any cargo. You are right they are good for heavier payloads, but these are 900 lbs rated springs which I think will be very well suited for your camper which does have some added weight.
