Light bars can sometimes interfere with the installation of the Hopkins Tailgate EasyLift, # 74211. I spoke with my contact at Hopkins to see if they know of any fit issues with a light bar and he told me they did have some reported complaints about light bars interfering on Dodge trucks, but he did not have any information on GM trucks.
I do have some information that will help determine if the EasyLift will fit with your LED light bar. To install the EasyLift on your truck, you will... view full answer...
Yes, you can use the Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar # RA960134 on your 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. Weather or not it will fit with the tailgate seal you mentioned I cannot say for sure. I can tell you that the light bar is 7/8 inches tall so you should be able to measure the space below the tailgate to determine if the height will be a factor. view full answer...
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55384 will work perfectly with a light bar but it will give the trailer connected on the dash and the other trailer associated changes that your truck recognizes. The only way around that is to splice the tailgate light bar pigtail into the factory wiring so the sensors don't get triggered for the trailer compatible electronics. For your tailgate light bar on your 2018 Ford F-250, I... view full answer...
The Putco # P92009-48 light bar you'd looked at isn't considered a 'confirmed fit' because Putco hasn't tested it on your vehicle.
If the gap between the top of the bumper and the underside of the tailgate can accommodate the 48" long x 5/8" tall x 3/8" deep size of the light bar, there's no reason why you couldn't use it. You will need to make sure that you have at least 3/8 of available room under the tailgate so the bottom edge doesn't contact the light bar.
The Putco light bar would... view full answer...
The vast majority of tailgate light bars like the Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar part # RA960134 come with a wiring harness that has a built-in trailer connector so you can plug them into the the rear of the vehicle without splicing. If you for some reason have a tailgate light bar without built-in trailer connector, you should be able to add one using something like the Wesbar 4-Pole Flat Connector part # W787264.

I'm not quite sure how your camera is blocking you from installing a 60" tailgate light bar, but we do have some solutions from Putco that plug into the back side of the factory 7-way using the Replacement Quick Connect Wiring Harness for Putco Blade or Red Blade Tailgate Lights # P529004.
You could then plug the light bar into the 4-pole connector on one of their light bars (listed below) for a super easy installation.

We may have something that works but if your right directional light isn't working on your 2019 Ford Ranger you'll want to check the bulb, assembly, fuse, and wiring. A tailgate light bar will help make your truck more visible but if that signal isn't working on your truck and the right directional didn't work on the tailgate bar I'm not confident that any tailgate bar will work properly until you get your truck light fixed.

I do not have any advice to remove the 7-way trailer connector on your 2018 Ram 1500 nor would I recommend doing so as this would likely void your warranty. If you need to obtain power from these signals for a tailgate light bar like the Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar part # RA960134 you can either splice into them with quick splice connectors like part # SWC501746-1 or you can just wire a 7-way on the end of the light bar with part # PK12706. These will be your best options... view full answer...
The Putco Red Blade LED Tailgate Combination Light Bar part # P92010-60 which is the lightbar I recommend for your trailer has LED lights so the amp draw will be very minimal. The reason that this is important is because the total amp draw for each circuit on both the trailer and light bar cannot exceed that of the vehicle's trailer lighting circuits. I do not believe you will have any issues because the light bar has LED lights which draw much less power when compared to incandescent.... view full answer...

Access LED Tailgate Light Bar # A90148 is used in conjunction with reverse lights but it doesn't replace them. On a vehicle you need to have a reverse light on each side of the rear of the vehicle. A single light in the center, even a long one like the Access light bar, would not fit that requirement. view full answer...
For an option without a the reverse lights you would want the Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar # RA960135, which is other wise exactly the same as the model you referenced.

The Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar # RA960137 doesn't have a specific fit list but as long as you have room for it under your tailgate and above your bumper it would fit and work well. It would pretty easily just plug into a trailer 4-way connector like what you truck has so no splicing would be needed.
The rear camera on your truck is in the tailgate handle so it wouldn't be an issue at all. view full answer...
