The dimensional differences between the Curt # 31604 and Draw-Tite # 65003 are so miniscule that there really isn't a better option from this point of view. The pictures are from different trim packages so it can be a bit deceiving on how it will actually fit with the front fascia. Both hitches are using the same mounting location so it's really going to come down to quality.

Hello Cory. I can definitely point you in the right direction, but there is not a B&W Companion option that will fit into a round gooseneck ball hole. As you said, the B&W Companion hitch is only compatible with the B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch which uses a square hole for the ball.

Looks like your 2010 Ram 1500 with a 4.7 liter V8 would have a towing capacity of 7,650 lbs if you have a 2 wheel drive truck or 7,450 lbs if you have a 4 wheel drive truck. Those two figures would be the absolute max trailer weight you could tow with your truck. I believe we have just about everything you need, ideally we'd need you to measure your center bolt and u-bolts to make sure the here will fit.
