It sounds like you're needing something like the Snap-In Plug for Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Caps - Chrome # LHSI60C which has a 2-1/4" outer diameter but is designed for a 2" hole.
If the outer diameter needs to be closer to that 2" mark then I recommend checking out the Trailer Wheel Center Cap Plug - Black # AM90081 instead, which has a 2-1/16" outer diameter. If you go this route I recommend swapping all of the plugs out for this black... view full answer...
I reached out to Yakima and was informed that there unfortunately is not a compatible landing pad for Q-Towers available so the only way to mount your Yakima crossbars would be to also get new towers. You would also need some tracks to mount on the roof of your A.R.E. Truck Topper to have something for the towers to mount to. We have the following track sizes available:
42" # Y01126
54" # Y01127
60" # Y01135
