Thank you for the photo of your ST205/75D14 bias ply trailer tire and its white mod style wheel. You definitely want to use the same size tire for your spare as you have for your primary tires and while you could use a radial as a spare even though you have bias ply tires on the trailer I suggest staying with the same tire type. Unfortunately I cannot tell you the color of the reverse wire to connect to when installing the # TK64CR, as there isn't a way for me to know if it is the gray or black with white.
