You can add 15" wheels and tires to your 2015 Coachmen Apex 187RB as long as you have enough clearance. Typically you want a minimum of 3" of clearance on the top of the tire for normal suspension travel and 2" on the inside of the tire. Since the tires you have on your 2019 Nano Travel trailer are similar to the Westlate ST205/75R14 # 274-000012 that get aired up to a max 65 PSI, you will want to air them up to that max.
Trailer tires have a thicker sidewall as they are designed for the tire to always be aired up to the max pressure. Not airing them up all the way causes excess heat to build up in the tire which can lead to decreased tire life and other issues such as blow outs.
