I took a look at an online copy of the owner's manual for a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and it stated that towing a trailer is "not permitted" with the vehicle so it would be up to you to decide if that was a direction you wanted to go.

Yes. Hitches for a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica that is not a hybrid will fit the AWD models and RWD or FWD models all the same. I recommend using the etrailer # e98903 instead of the Curt # C12180 you were looking at since it is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and will give a much better setup for carrying hitch mounted accessories or towing. A trailer hitch won't keep the hands free liftgate on your 2019 Chrysler Pacifica from working but it may be a little more difficult for the sensors to pick up the movement from your foot due to the extra material that is blocking it. If you check out the picture that I attached you can see the places that we have found work best with a trailer hitch installed if you use a forward and back kicking motion as opposed to swiping left to right.

Good questions, and installing a trailer hitch receiver on your 2022 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid will not void the warranty; you are protected by the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This act says if something is damaged on your vehicle and you take it in for warranty repair, the dealer must honor your warranty unless the part caused the problem in question.
