Unfortunately at this point there is not a baseplate that will allow for the adaptive cruise control. I have a solution for you if it is a front wheel drive vehicle, but not if it is an all wheel drive vehicle. I've checked through the owners manual and was unable to find any requirement on starting the vehicle when flat towing. On some vehicles there is a note in the manual that says to start and run the engine every so often to lubricate the transmission. But again I did not see one in the online manual. Legally the dingy lights don't have to have separate brake lights and turn signals but you can certainly wire it up that way if you want. I do not know which lighting system you have but the whole kit for separate dingy lights is # 154-792-118158.

We have had some feedback from customers who had installed the Curt hitch # C94ER on a 2022 Buick Envision and the consensus seems to be that the exhaust needs to lower for the hitch to fit past it. This would be easier than removing the rear bumper and is a pretty standard step for most hitch installs. For a hitch, I'd recommend the Curt Class III, part # C13405 that you'd looked at. This is a partially concealed hitch, the only portion of the hitch that will be visible is the receiver tube and the safety chain loops. We checked with Curt and Draw Tite and both hitches fit with single or dual exhaust so the part # C13405 or the Draw Tite # 76080 would fit and work great. I attached the install video links as well as attached a picture that shows what the hitch looks like installed which shows how the hitch fits relative to the exhaust.
