The trailer wiring harness part # 119250KIT will fit your 2015 Audi Q5 and will not interfere with any of the things you mentioned. When installed this harness only uses your turn signal wiring as signal wires and does not draw any amperage from the circuits so it does not negatively affect the vehicle in any way.
