Racks of this type depend on having direct contact with the bike tires, and if a fender is in the way the bike won't be secure.
According to Inno, it will depend on the style of bike and how far down the wheels the fender goes. On mountain bikes that have the shorter fenders, the # INH120 wheel hoops will be able to make direct contact with the tires and not the fender, so it'll work fine with those kind of bikes. For your 2020 Acura RDX you're going to need to use the Yakima FullBack # Y02633 as there are no other trunk mount bike racks that will fit. A confirmed fit with a vehicle means that the manufacturer has tested and approved that the bike rack will fit and is safe to use for the vehicle.
