Lumens are used to measure the amount of usable light that is put out by a light source. Raw lumens represent the number of lumens that the manufacturer claims the LEDs are capable of producing. It does not include the light's drive method or the amount of light lost from the lens or reflector. Effective lumens take these factors into account and represent the number of lumens that are actually produced by the complete light assembly, not just the amount of light that the diodes are capable of producing. Stable lumens builds off the idea of effective lumens by measuring the amount of light produced after 30 minutes of usage, or once the diodes have reached their average operating temperature. These bulbs have a 200 raw lumen capacity per bulb and produce 130 effective lumens per bulb. The stable lumen capacity per bulb is 91 lumens.

Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the ARC Eco Series Amber LED Turn Signal Bulbs with the Wedge Base. And is for a quantity of two bulbs. Now, these bulbs will easily upgrade your factory incandescent turn signal bulbs by using these amber LED bulbs. They are a compact bulb design.
They use automotive grade LEd chips. And they are sized similar to the OEM bulbs, to ensure that there are no fitment or clearance issues. They do use a diffused 360 degree lens, creates a nice, smooth all-around illumination. The wedge base on it mounts into a compatible fixture, and they are a durable aluminum construction to prevent overheating. And the contact points on the base, they are polarity reversible, which means when you plug this in, you can put it in either way, and it'll still work, so the polarity doesn't matter when you push this in.
Now, I am gonna hook this up to some 12 volt power to show how bright it is and the color of it. But I first wanted to go through a few specs on this. Now, the color on the bulb is amber. It is for a quantity of two bulbs. It is 18 LEDs per bulb.
The light output is 600 lumens per bulb. The power draw at 12 volts is 0.65 amps. Voltage is nine volts to 16 volts DC. And this bulb does have an IP 67 rating, which means it is waterproof. So, what I wanna do now is hook it up to some 12 volt power.
So, what we're gonna do is go ahead and hook up our connections here. And once we get those hooked up, go ahead and turn on our power. And you can see, with our power on, oops, losing our connection. There we go. Oops. Pretty tight. So we got our connection hooked up here correctly. There we go. You can see the bright amber ball. Go ahead and turn off our overhead lights, and you can see how bright that bulb is. And what I am gonna do is, we're gonna zoom out from farther away, and then you can see how bright it is when we zoom out there. But it is a bright, as we mentioned, it has 18 LEDs per bulb. Go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights. Turn off our power, disconnect it. But that should do it for the review on the ARC Eco Series Amber LED Turn Signal Bulbs with the Wedge Base for a quantity of two bulbs.
