Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valterra High Flow RV Water Regulator, part number A01-1114VP. Campgrounds can have high water pressure. Don't take a chance on your campground having unregulated water pressure. High water pressure can cause damage to your RV's water system. The Valterra high pressure regulator maintains a constant PSI between 50 and 55. This is is a higher PSI than traditional water pressure regulators, but not enough to harm your system, especially on newer RVs.
The textured grip makes tightening and connecting easy. This regulator features a screen. Regulators without screens cause dirt and debris to get inside and can cause malfunction or irregular flow. It's a stainless steel construction. It's easy to install.
We'll go ahead and show you that now.First thing we need to do is locate our city water connection on our RV. Then we can take the male end of our regulator and thread that. We want to be sure not to over-tighten. Just get it nice and snug. That way, we don't have any leaks.
Now we can take our hose and connect that. The nice thing about our regulator here is that it rotates. That makes for an easy installation, and it won't kink our hose. Once we get started, again just want to be sure not to over-tighten. Just get it nice and snug.
Now we can open up our faucet. The nice thing here is we don't have worry about opening up all the way because our regulator is going to maintain pressure. As you can see, there's no leaks. Let's check it out on the inside. As you can see here on the inside, we've got good pressure. That's going to complete our look of the Valterra High Flow RV Water Regulator, part number A01-1114VP.

The product came to me quickly and in excellent condition, the only thing I would expect when buying something new. I installed it and found it be totally leak-proof and surpassed my expectations of quality and function. My wife and I live in our Fifth Wheel and this product has without a doubt increased the water pressure in our shower. This was very important to us. Thanks !!!!!!
Have been using this water pressure regulator for about a year now. Still works great and I would definitely purchase it again.

Works great. I would definitely buy it again. Helps to control the water pressure and doesn’t reduce the flow. Great product for the price
This works as expected and does not reduce flow. I attach it to the faucet to protect all hoses. My only complaint is the stainless machining at the junction makes it hard to attach. If it were brass, the softer metal would be more like a normal hose connection. If your angle isn't perfectly straight it is almost impossible to tighten or loosen. I wish it were machined to higher standards.
The knurled plastic helps but is sharp on the hands. I have seen broken plastic rings left behind by other campers. Mine has not broken nor do I expect it to as long as I don't whip the hose end against a rock or pavement.
Probably not going to replace it because it is hard to attach. Sometimes I do think about it. Perhaps attaching a quick release would help.
This product is what I needed for my travel trailer. My last water pressure regulator was old and needed replacing. Easy to install however, the grooves are sharp and should use tools to install to prevent getting cut (like I did). I have a newer trailer so when I read that this was not recommended for older unit I had no worry.
It is good to have higher water pressure that keeps within the sage limits of my RV.

It is still working fine and I like the higher water pressure. The only problem and it wouldnt cause to not buy it again if needed is that it leaks in the middle where it rotates for tightening to the faucet and hose.
Works really well. I like the pressure I have, makes my tankless water heater work really well
I had been looking for a high flow regulator since I lost my old one during our last trip. i looked for one locally however they did not have this one. Dealing with etrailer .was a breeze and they had what I needed. I will be back
Received every thing in good order and very pleased with the regulator that gives such better flow of water to the shower. The shower head is 100% better then the old one and can't wait to try my new faucets to be installed. Thanks, Dave
love the stainless construction and eazy grip orange flange,I put it on the end of my freshwater hose reel so it will protect the entire fresh water system when on city water.

Normally and unfortunately I would just this type of email. However, we still live in our RV and I still use the Valterra High Flow Water Regulator and love it. Everyday when I get in the shower I can tell a difference. Our showers are quicker and we use less hot water because of it, which means either my wife or myself aren’t left with a cold shower. It’s a big help when washing the dishes because their is enough pressure to utilize the shower mode for our kitchen sink water faucet. Love it and glad I stumbled across it on your website.
