Great product,Easy to install with a perfect fit. Nice to have all locks now keyed the same that is worth twice the cost. As always the folks at etrailer made the purchase easy to get the right stuff the first try. Now that I’ve used them almost daily for a year I’m even more pleased. One key to carry that works every time.

by:

I bought this product to replace a componet on my Lance trailer that has a common key with most every trailer. The item is sturdy and still working fine.

Great product.

I’ve ordered several times from etrailer and I would highly recommend etrailer to anyone needing parts tires etc Everyone that I have talked with has been super helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Parts have been delivered quickly. Thanks Etrailer

by:

These locks worked out great. They were an exact fit. Now all my baggage doors have the same key, much better than the original lock and key.

by:

Ordered and received quickly. Changed-out standard RV Cam locks with these 7/8” Cam locks keyed-alike individual keys, and happy to know my cargo will be more secure.

So far it is holding, but from the start it is a loos fit, as far as the nuts is concerned. I’m unable to tighten the nut so the Key Cam doesn’t move wiggle. Let’s say it’s doing it’s job by keeping the Cargo Bay doors locked.

by:

I bought several of these Cam Locks to replace the original locks on my Lance 1685 travel trailer. They are keyed alike to the entrance door of the trailer so I need only the one key to lock/unlock almost everything. I also replace the thumb twist locks with these to make the trailer more secure at he storage unit where I keep the trailer. Thieves were prying the doors open but no more! They are easy to install and wish I had done this when I first got my Lance.

New locks still working great!

by:

Perfect fit. East to install. The latch arm was a different shape from mine so I switched the old one over to the new lock. Piece of cake

by:

Better quality than what came with my trailer. I bought 8 each 7/8" and 2 1-3/8" and selected the key alike option on each order. All ten locks showed up with the same key code. They are good quality, and operate smoothly. The only down I would have for these is that they don't come with the little handle. I put two locks on each compartment to help make them a little more secure and the only handles I had were on the locks I replaced, not the latches. No big deal, I ordered some off [online], as I couldn't find them here. You can't go wrong here, and the price is right too. Thanks!

by:

I ordered these to ditch the common key locks that most RVs come with. They fit perfectly with no modifications required and make me feel like my RV is now more secure. My three minor gripes that keep this from a five-star review are the following:

1. I couldn't order a specific key code to match my door's locks so I still have two keys.
2. Some of the tumbler faces have started to accumulate a little rust. Nothing major yet but it's a little concerning.
3. The little weather hatch doesn't always close when I remove the key, even when lubricated.

by:

Arrived on time and exactly what we nee ded!

by:

Easy to install. I used the locking paddles from the previous locks. Nice to have all locks keyed alike. My one complaint is that they seem to come loose more often than they should.

by:

I used this to replace the lock on the fuel fill door so it had the same key as all the other storage doors on my 2021 Georgetown GT5 31L5. It worked great, one less key to manage!

by:

When I called before ordering I spoke with Brittany W and Marcus H. They were both great. They knew understood what I wanted and assured me they could provide. But what I received was incorrect. I ordered all keyed-alike. All ordered at the same time with same order number. What I received was the following:
Baggage Doors have their own separate key that fits nothing else.
The key say Bauer 357.
Entry Door Global Link G347.
Cam Cylinders, two are G347, three are G348, and one is G346.
The department doing the keying and/or the packaging department should be reminded to pay attention to customers orders.

I am very sorry that the keys for the Global link locks were not keyed alike. Customer Service will reach out to have this taken care of for you.

by:

I installed these to replace the non-locking thumb latches on my camper storage bays. Thieves were breaking in to the bays as they could open the thumb latch and force the bay doors open. The new locks solved this problem very nicely. I also installed a new entrance door latch/lock so I could key all my locks to the same key. Easy to install and excellent quality!

by:

In an attempt to "loc-tite" a couple of hatch locks that kept vibrating loose I inadvertently "loc-tited' the lock cylinders as well.. 4 days prior to leaving on a three week trip to Death Valley NP. I ordered two locks on Friday & they were delivered the next Monday. Great service and a good product. Only "complaint" would be they only came with 1 key each.

Still working great with no problems at all.

by:

My motor home storage locks where becoming corroded so I wanted stainless steel locks and thumb turns. These where the perfect fit and resist corrosion. Ordered keyed alike and love how they look and work. They are also more secure as many rv,s use the same key for all there units.

Best investment on our motor home, so good to know that no one can access compartments.

by:

I replaced all of the locks in my travel trailer, including the entry door lock, with Global Link locks that are keyed alike.
The original cylinder locks were really poor quality. After determining the correct position of the key -- a challenge in the dark -- I often had difficulty getting the key to fully insert in the lock.
The Global Link locks are infinitely better quality, and having a double-sided key makes it much easier to unlock a storage bay in poor light. I have had zero issues with the locks since installing them, and my key fob is now a couple of keys lighter. For me, it was well worth the investment.

by:

Love the products and value, but actually most impressed with their customer service. Had a minor snafu with an incorrect product, they communicated literally within minutes of when I emailed, and had replacement shipped same day. Awesome company, I will continue to do business with them.

by:

I re-did my whole unit with these....12 doors, and I guess I'm generally satisfied.

The locks, although being stainless, seem to need lubrication regularly. They become hard to turn (dirt?) and the thin pot-metal rings/nuts don't really hold the cylinder from spinning...even though I used lock-tight.

I broke a few, and stripped a few, installing them and replaced them with my old originals which are actually a better quality steel though the same thin "ring" design.

A real "nut" would go a long way towards preventing the whole cylinder from spinning in the hole when it gets gummed up.

Until I can find some nuts and lock washers I'll keep them cleaned and lubed as well as I can.

by:

These locks are awesome and we love them!! They really are much better than the standard CH751 lock and key that is so commonplace that almost every camper comes with. These offer security and peace of mind knowing my stuff is far less likely to be stolen while the camper is parked in storage. Another great thing is that you can purchase the entry door locks keyed alike to these and use just one key for the entire camper. It's so much easier now using just one key instead of three. This was one of the first mods we did to our new camper and also one of my favorites. The price is very economical and it will not break the bank. Highly recommended.

by:

I purchased the locks so that I would have matching locks all around for my cargo doors instead of one lock and one latch for each door. Without these matching locks one would be able to insert a crowbar into one side of door and force it open. They were easy to install, just unscrew and put on new locks. Will get them for my main doors to my trailer also.

by:

With the of the people at etrailer I guided to the exact items for my trailer. In fact I feel they are better.

After a year Im impressed with the products I have purchased with the help of etrailer techs.

by:

These locks work very well to replace the standard RV lock (751, I think?). It's been a year, and I'm glad I made the investment to switch the locks. We keep too many valuables in the camper to take a chance that someone would use their common key to open up our storage compartments. It's an easy process, but does take a little bit of time (depending on how many locks you need to replace).

Seems to be well made and we're easily installed
