When you are holding a container of liquid over your car engine, the last thing you want is a big spill. The self-venting system on this utility jug is designed to prevent that. It ensures a smooth flow of liquid without the"glug, glug, glug" experience that can lead to mishaps with other jugs.
The vent is located on top of the handle, underneath the blue trigger, and it must be kept open for liquid to flow from the jugs's spout. To open the vent, simply press down on the back of the trigger so that the front part of the trigger raises up. Because you don't have to tip this jug to pour - just position the flexible spout at the angle you need - it'll be easy to hold the trigger in place. As soon as your reservoir is full, just release the trigger and the flow of liquid will stop.

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at the Sure Can two gallon utility jug. This utility jug is going to allow you to pour fluids into your equipment or vehicle. This will work with your non-fuel based and non kerosene liquids like wiper fluid, coolant and water. So it is gonna be perfect for garages, shops, farms, campsites, and that sort of thing. This does have the nine inch spout here at the bottom of the jug.
It's gonna rotate 180 degrees so that's going to prevent you from having to tilt or lift the jug in an awkward position and having that flow there on the bottom it's gonna be very simple to just lift up, get this put in place, remove off the cap there and it will allow you to very easily put this into whichever vehicle or equipment that you're needing to fill up. And then when you're done simply stores up and out of the way. So, very simple low profile option there. This does operate on this thumb release trigger here. So once we get this put in place we'll just pull back that little tab and then push down.
That's gonna open up the vent here which will allow air to get in and allow your fluid to flow out. And this will provide a lot of control for you as to how much flow there is while you're pouring. And then when the trigger is released it's gonna close the vent, it's going to stop the air flow, stop the flow of your fluids there. On the back side, we do have both the gallon and the liters printed in place. Probably hard to see that with the lighting here in my studio, but that's going to allow you to see how much fluid you have left.
Know when it's time to refill. To refill it, you've got the back portion here, which you just push in on to rotate it out of place to open that up. Fill up your fluids and then you'll be able to use it like normal. So very simple to operate there. You can see it does have this handle that's gonna make it very easy to carry the container.
This does weigh about three pounds when it's empty and that's because of the very durable BPA free construction that's gonna provide the rigidity and a long lasting durability that you need. It is made here in the USA so you can trust it is gonna be a high quality product for you. When we're looking at our dimensions from the very front here back to the edge of our cap, we're gonna be sitting right about 13 inches long. Our width is approximately nine inches. And then our height all the way up to our trigger there. I'm gonna say it's right about 13 inches tall.
