Custom mounting kit included.The new bumper arrived yesterday (very fast). The box was unfortunately very damaged and had been taped. I have attached pics of how it arrived.
I opened everything and amazingly all the parts are here.
The bumper did sustain a minor scratch but is not damaged or twisted.
I have not try to install this yet so with the minor damage shown how should I proceed?

I recently bought a bumper for my Dodge pickup from Etrailer. The product is everything they said it would be. The installation was quite simple and the quality is 10 out of 10. Ok bumper not as solid as it looks, the brackets i got with it seem to be a 1 size fits all that didn't match the frame. It also had two spots rubbed down to bare metal from poor shipping
I'm sure it was shipped in perfect condition. The box arrived yesterday, and it was pretty beat up (the box). Upon opening it, I discovered a couple of nicks and one dent. I don't fault etrailer for that. I believe it was roughly handled.

Needed to replace my original bumper on my 94 Dodge Ram 2500. Bumper came in really fast. Had one minor ding in the bumper - not too bad for California. The universal mounting kit needed some minor modifications to fit properly as expected. Needed to elongate the mounting holes to fit the frame rails. License plate lights were easy to install and wire. Entire installation took about an hour by myself.
I do like the product. However the bumper inside the package was damaged on one end. The diamond plate top on 1 side had a bow in it. Not the end of the world or anything but it has chipped the powder coating. used a 2x4 with a rag and and hammer to straighten it. I will purchase another 1 again when the time comes. It is a great replacement bumper for the second gen Dodge Ram pickups.
I'm very happy with the number, I had no issues with the mounting or fit.in fact I will be ordering another one for a different truck.

I am very impressed with this bumper. I bought it as a replacement for my 77 Ford F150. I've been restoring this truck since 2006, and the original bumper was too far gone to save. I was trying to match the original as closely as possible and this one was perfect.
It came with everything needed, right down to the license plate lights and bulbs. It was easy to install with the supplied directions and it looks great on the truck! Good price, free shipping, and very good quality. Five stars all day long.
I ordered the bumper and mounting hardware and it all came quickly. It took me less than an hour on the install and everything was still in good condition with no scuffs or scrapes. Has looked good since and the plate lights still work
The bumper seems to be good quality but it arrived with scratches on the side from shipping. Also one of the light bulbs was broken in the bag.
Received the item just in time to put it on the truck. Both the price and service advisors are great. Will deal with again should I need other parts.
